Experiments for staying at home: Do plants need soil to grow?

Exciting ideas and creative experiments in the fields of science, future mobility, digitalization and the children’s overall experience from day to day life: That is the “Geniux Box”. In this hands-on experiment, children in grades 1 and 2 grow lettuce or cress in a plastic bottle and observe their growth.

This experiment requires only a small amount of material and is great for the time at home. The children watch the plant grow every day – this way they learn about scientific work through documentation and reflection.
